Is this procedure painful?

A benefit to this type of procedure is that there is little pain at all. A lot of patients say this procedure is less painful than the tooth extraction itself. We will typically use local anesthesia during the procedure, and if you experience any soreness after, it can be treated with over-the-counter pain medications.
